Vitamin E
Was ist Vitamin E? oder Was ist Tocopherol?
Tocopherol ist eine andere Bezeichnung für Vitamin E. Es kommt als Bestandteil in vielen pflanzlichen aber auch tierischen Zellen vor. Vitamin E hat folgende Eigenschaften: es ist hautpflegend und hält die Haut in einem guten Zustand. Als Antioxidant hemmt es Reaktionen, die durch Sauerstoff gefördert werden. Es kann das ranzigwerden eines Stoffes verhindern.
