Behenyl Alcohol ist ein Lipid pflanzlichem Ursprungs und gilt als empfehlenswert. Biokompatibel.
Behenylalkohol ist ein gesättigter Fettalkohol pflanzlichem Ursprungs, der zur Regulierung der Viskosität in Formulierungen verwendet wird. Es fungiert als Verdicker und Stabilisator und kann als Co-Emulgator verwendet werden. Er kann in Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsionen, Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen und wasserfreien Formulierungen wie Salben, Body Butters und Peelings verwendet werden. Behenyl Alcohol produziert elegante Emulsionen und verleiht der Haut ein weiches, samtiges Gefühl.
